Privacy at AINewsIQ.

Reading without an account
You can browse the feed, search, read published articles and comments, and open original sources without signing in. Visiting an original source takes you to its publisher, which has its own privacy practices.
Free reader accounts
To sign in, we send a one-time code to your email address. When Google sign-in is enabled, you can also choose Google; its verified email links to the same AINewsIQ reader account. When Facebook sign-in is enabled, we receive an app-specific Facebook ID and connect it only to an AINewsIQ account you have verified by email. We do not store your Facebook access token, posts, or contacts. You can disconnect Facebook from your reading desk. A Facebook data-deletion request removes that connection; to delete your AINewsIQ account and saved reading, contact us below. We keep your email and account ID in a private AINewsIQ schema in our shared Triuna Supabase project. Codes and session tokens are stored as hashes; the browser receives a secure, HttpOnly session cookie. Codes expire after 15 minutes and sessions after 30 days. Expired login artifacts are cleared by a scheduled job.
Saved reading and participation
Your optional reading roles, followed topics, and bookmarks are stored as small records in Cloudflare D1 under your account ID. Reading roles help suggest topics; they are not public labels or evidence ratings. Topics and tags from saved links help suggest new signals while you use the site. Saving an item does not subscribe you to email or phone alerts. You can change your reading roles and followed topics from your reading profile. If you comment or apply to contribute, we keep what you submit for editorial review. Approved comments and published articles are public. If your author application is approved, your byline, bio, optional photo, affiliation, and submitted background links appear on a public author profile; your email, pitch, and editor notes remain private. A Markdown file selected in the story workspace is read in your browser; its contents are sent to AINewsIQ only when you submit the story. Submitted author confirmations, including any AI-use description, are stored with the private editorial record. Story drafts remain in the private editorial queue until an editor publishes them. We do not use account creation as consent to marketing email.
Suggested links
When you submit a source link, we store your name, account email, URL, headline, and optional context in a private editor queue with your account ID. Editors can decline it or send it through the same source checks as other signals. Your name and email are not automatically published with the signal. Your account can see the outcome; request removal through the contact below.
Enterprise inquiries
If you use the enterprise inquiry form, we store your name, work email, organization, role, area of interest, and optional message in a private Cloudflare D1 editor queue. The Worker controls submission and limits reading and review to the Access-protected editor. We use it to respond to the inquiry; it does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing. We delete inquiry records after 180 days. A private notification may be emailed to the AINewsIQ editor without the message contents.
Source material
We keep source links, short metadata, and one shared brief for a collected link. We do not store a separate copy of a brief for each reader. External source articles stay with their publishers. Original AINewsIQ stories are published here by AINewsIQ. Primary Reddit discussions leave public discovery seven days after first collection; an archived brief may remain available for saved reading. This does not mean Reddit deleted the post.
Your choices
You can sign out from the account page. To request access to or deletion of your AINewsIQ reader or inquiry data, email support@triunalabs.com. We may need to verify that you control the account email before fulfilling a request.
